| Starting his career in 1986 as Management Trainee, Mr.Sinha achieved all the sales targets and within a span of 4 years he became product Sales Manager of Akola Oil Industries (A Birla Group). |

| During 1990-1997 he was the General Manager (Marketing) of M/S Ashwin Vanaspati India Ltd. The company Based in Baroda was engaged in the Business of Manufacturing different types of edible oils and Bakery fats. |

| From 1997 to 2004, He performed his responsibilities as a Vice President (Marketing Oil Division) in Nav Maharashtra Chaken Oil Mills Ltd Pune. |

In 2004 he became a Managing Director of R.M.C Marketing. Having strength of around 100 Marketing staff the company has branches in cities like Mumbai, Poona, Raipur, Banglore, Aurangabad and Kolhapur. In span of three years, Mr. Sinha has achieved a sales growth of 200%. Their brand “Rasda” was declared Number One brand and was given “Best Service Award” from M/S Parle Product Ltd for giving them satisfactory service. |
